Ordering Options & Instructions

For mail order, use the mail order form for Patterns, Kits and Notions. Please fill out the order form, print and mail it.

To order by credit card online using a secure shopping cart from CCNow, go to a merchandise page and click on the blue Order button. **Be sure to read shipping/handling fees below for all pattern orders.**

To order with credit card by Phone or Mail:
Phone: Call our Customer Service number at (541) 888-2838 with your order between 10:00am and 6:00pm (Pacific time).
Mail: Fill in your credit card information in the appropriate boxes.

PayPal: We now also accept PayPal using the address ml5_designs@yahoo.com. Just type your order in the NOTES section. Be sure to include item number, name of item, quantity, color (if applicable) and shipping charges below.

SHIPPING/HANDLING:

We mail all patterns, kits, templates and fabric by best rate, either First Class or Priority Mail.

For U.S. and Canada:

$11 to $35	$6.00
$36 to $100	$10.00
$101 to $150	$15.00
$151 to $200	$17.00
$201 and over	$20.00

All Other Countries: Please use on-line shopping cart for purchases.

Please remit funds in U.S. dollars.

International Customers: E-mail for rates. Please be aware you will be charged custom/duty charges for your package. We have no control over the amount you are charged. Please check with your local customs or duty office for approximate charges before placing your order.

Optional insurance is available at $1.65 per $50 through mail orders or PayPal orders only.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We value our customers and respect their privacy. It is our policy that all personal information is kept confidential. We will not sale, lease, or share our contact lists or your personal information in any form. We securely keep all addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses in our office, not on the Internet. Occasionally, you may receive a flyer from us announcing new patterns, products, or sales. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions.

RETURN POLICY:

Patterns: To protect the designer's work, patterns are not returnable under copyright laws.
Kits & Notions: Kits and templates may be returned in complete unused, uncut, unopened condition in their original package at the price paid. Postage is not refunded.
Fabrics & Yarns: Fabrics are not returnable. If in doubt of color, please request a sample card before ordering.
